What is Solid Panel?
A solid panel is an aluminum panel with a thickness of 2 to 6 mm, coated with paint, and featuring the highest fire resistance rating of A1. According to different processing methods, it is divided into the following two product types:
-
Flat Panel: The surface is coated with PVDF paint using roller coating technology, offering a rich variety of colors with uniform tones. This panel can be grooved and bent like regular aluminum composite panels (ACP) and provides excellent flexibility for on-site processing.
-
Fabricated Panel: Processed in the factory according to design drawings, the surface can be coated with PVDF paint or weather-resistant powder. After welding, the product has a diverse appearance and solid structure. The coating process involves applying weather-resistant powder or PVDF after processing, giving the product a more vibrant color range. Customers can directly transport the finished product to the site for installation, saving on construction costs.
